Facebook Still Sucks

So I figured I'd try to make up with Facebook, so I sent them my Birth Certificate, and they wrote back banning my email address from ever getting reinstated nor can I even open a "page" which is like a business account for celebrities and organizations.
What a cranky bunch of douche bags...
